HIIT Zone - TRX and Kettlebells A functional class which makes use of the TRX and Kettlebells. TRX or Suspension training uses your own bodyweights as well as an emphasis on core strength. A range of kettlebell exercises are incorporated to add weighted resistance and functionality. Some exercises include a variety of Kettlebell swings deadlifts squats and Turkish get ups.
