Our state-of-the-art gym offers cardio, strength and weight areas to provide you with everything you need to find your space and work on your goals.

Group Exercise Studio

Feel motivated and energised with a group exercise class. Our studio hosts 55 classes per week ranging from yoga to cardio and strength.

Cycle Studio

Functional Training Zone

Experience the use of our functional gym equipment including kettlebells, slam balls, medicine balls, TRX bands, rowers, ski ergs, airbikes, foam rollers and much more.
