30 – 45 minutes | All levels
High-energy class that involves stationary cycling on specially designed bikes in a group setting. These classes offer cardiovascular benefits, lower-impact exercise, leg strength and endurance, and a full-body workout. They provide a motivating and supportive environment, often accompanied by music, for participants of all levels.
45 minutes | All fitness levels
A stationary indoor cycling class that simulates outdoor cycling, focusing on endurance, strength, and interval training. Participants adjust the bike’s resistance to control intensity levels.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups

The workout you never knew you needed. LES MILLS SHAPES™ is an invigorating blend of Pilates, sculpt, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.

Get ready to step on and off a raised platform or step bench to the beat of music. The height of the step can be adjusted to accommodate different ability levels and preferences. The routines involve a combination of stepping patterns.

Experience a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance movements and aerobic exercises. Zumba classes are known for their high-energy and infectious atmosphere. The workouts feature a variety of dance styles, including salsa, cumbia and more. Participants follow the instructor’s lead and engage in choreographed dance routines.
55 minutes | All fitness levels
Follow the instructor’s lead and engage in choreographed dance routines that focus on cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and rhythm. The movements are designed to elevate heart rate, burn calories, and improve overall endurance.
60 minutes | All Fitness Levels
Yoga combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness to promote overall well-being. Physical postures are performed in a flowing and mindful manner, synchronising movement with breath. The practice emphasises balance, flexibility, strength, and body awareness. A range of styles of yoga exist, ranging from gentle and restorative to more dynamic and vigorous practices.
45-60 minutes | All fitness levels
Is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and core stability. It is performed on a mat using bodyweight exercises and controlled movements to improve posture, alignment, and overall body strength. In Mat Pilates, participants follow a series of exercises that target the deep muscles of the core, including the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. The movements are precise and controlled, emphasising breath control and proper alignment.

Incorporates elements of boxing training into a high-intensity workout. It is a non-contact form of exercise that combines boxing-inspired movements with aerobic and strength training exercises. Participants engage in a variety of boxing techniques. The routines are typically set to energetic music and include intervals of cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises, and core strengthening movements.

Combines elements of balance, flexibility, mobility and strength to develop stable movement in all environments. This class is specifically targeted at our aging population to ensure confidence in movement and stability when undertaking day to day tasks.
45-55 minutes | all fitness levels
Group exercise class incorporating elements of dance, boxing and light cardio. Expect to feel motivated and supported in this beat driven light to moderate workout. This workout can be modified to suit all levels of fitness.
