Group Exercise classes are a great social way to help build your confidence and accountability while making you smile! Providing numerous benefits, including social interaction, routine and motivation.  If you love being a part of a community our classes foster a great community environment that makes you feel welcome, excited and keeps you coming back for more. 

Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body.

A cardio-based martial arts-inspired workout that combines moves from various disciplines, such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, and Muay Thai, to improve cardiovascular health and coordination.

A high-energy cardio workout that combines athletic movements, such as running, jumping, and lunging, with strength and stabilisation exercises to improve overall fitness and burn calories.

A mind-body class that incorporates elements of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting relaxation and stress reduction.

A stationary indoor cycling class that simulates outdoor cycling, focusing on endurance, strength, and interval training. Participants adjust the bike’s resistance to control intensity levels.

LES MILLS DANCE™ is a high-energy workout that will reinvent the way you move and sweat! 45-minutes, 10 stand-alone tracks, inspired by global dance genres and designed by dancers.
Each class has innovative dance movements that work cohesively with music inspired from a wide variety of dance genres.

LES MILLS GRIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups

This is the workout that meets you wherever you are on your fitness journey. A 45-minute low-impact session that helps you feel fit, strong and in control – whatever your fitness level.
Moving at your own pace, you can improve lower body and core strength, flexibility and balance.

The workout you never knew you needed. LES MILLS SHAPES™ is an invigorating blend of Pilates, sculpt, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.
