The app bringing memberships into the palm of your hand.
We’re excited to introduce Active World, the new membership app at Michael Clarke Recreation Centre, designed to make managing your membership easier than ever. Active World puts everything you need right at your fingertips.
Your Active World self-managed app will allow you to:
- Buy a new membership or visit pass
- Manage your account details
- Update your payment details
- Check for your next payment
- View upcoming classes / sessions
- Scan in using a digital access card – for when you forget your pass!
- Book into your Group Exercise Classes
- Advise us of your session/ class non-attendance and book make-up sessions.
- Send and receive messages to the Centre staff.
Getting started is easy. If you are an existing member with us, we have already set you up with an account. Simply use the email attached to your membership.
Get Started Today
Existing Members:
If you are an existing member, our team has created your account for you using the email you provided us upon joining.
- Download the Active World App.
- Search for our facility’s name.
- Enter the email associated with your membership.
- Select ‘Forgot Password’ to reset your account – follow the prompts in the app.
- Log in to the app with your new password.
- Now you are in! Book your classes and manage your membership with ease.
Please note, if you have a yahoo or hotmail email address, you will not be able reset your password to set up your account as these email providers block Active World’s ‘Forgot Password’ emails. If you have one of these email addresses, please speak to our staff to reset your password and set up your account.
New Members:
Looking to join our community? Welcome! It’s quick and easy to get started.
- Download the Active World App and select ‘Sign Up’.
- Search for and select our centre name.
- Now you are in! It’s time to buy a membership!
- Select ‘Buy Membership’ then choose your desired membership type.
- Follow the prompts to get started.

Member’s Morning Tea
Tuesday 22 September and Wednesday 23 September, 12:00pm – 1:00pm
To assist with this transition, we are hosting member morning teas where we will have additional staff dedicated to resolving any issues or questions you have regarding the app. Our staff are happy to show you the different features this app offers while you enjoy a complimentary morning tea.
